✦ AI Draft

Add optional context or instructions. Leave blank to use default knowledge base only.

Vehicle registration (VRN) — optional

Only used with "allow live web search" below. Filled in → looked up directly via Zyfy/DVLA. Left blank → no lookup runs, no credits spent.

🚗 Compatibility question — vehicle reg above, or a model/year/description in the context box — we'll search our own TDS + fitment data for it 🌐 Allow live web search — enables the VRN lookup above, plus web search as a fallback for a VIN or partial description in the context box. Slower, so only turn on when needed.

🧠 Knowledge the AI has learned

Short durable facts, added here by any AI-access teammate, included in every AI draft alongside the main knowledge base. For bigger updates (product specs, policies), those still go through the main knowledge base script.

🔄 Refetch a buyer's messages

For a message that never showed up at all — not even as a "Pending" placeholder. Pulls directly from eBay and searches by username, so it can take a little while on a wide date range.
